Terms & Conditions
1) All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysian (RM) nett.
Packages valid until 31/3/05, subject to change.
Surcharge of RM 30 per person per package applies on 2004: 1-3/5,
5/6, 28-31/8, 11-16/11, 25/12 & Chinese New Year 2005.
2) FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED ON CONFIRMATION
- Guarantee by Credit Card (Full details must include a copy of
credit card front & back with the last 3 digits at the back
of card) or
- Bank-In / Telegraphic Transfer (TT) -via Malayan Banking Berhad
(Maybank) under "LASER RESOURCES SDN BHD." -002072-118609,
Booking will automatically be cancelled if payment details (bank-in
slip or credit card details via fax/email) are not received within
24 hours or by deadline given.
3) CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation less than 15 days - 50% cancellation fees apply. Cancellation
less than 8 days - No Refund.
Any refund will be subject to a 10% administrative charge or a minimum
of RM 10 per confirmed booking.
4) GENERAL INFORMATION ON PACKAGES (All arrangements
outside Hotel are conducted by licenced operators, )
Round Island Tour - Entrance fees not included in the tour.
Golf Package for Child (3-11yrs) - Golf not included, only accommodation,
meals & return airport/jetty transfer.
Golf Package for Foreigners: The Golf Club charges RM 100 more per
round of golf for Non-Malaysians as displayed in the Rates Table.
Payar Island Excursion- takes the guests to the beach. Additional
RM 100/person is chargeable if the guest wants to go to the platform.
5) CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT INFORMATION
Check-in time is 3pm, check-out time is 12 noon. Half day room charge
or minimum RM 60 applies for check-out after 12 noon.
Full day room charge applies for check-out after 5pm.
